I use Bob’s chia seeds which are now organic.Chocolate chips: Use mini chocolate chips for better distribution in the energy balls, adds the loveliest bit of chocolatey richness, yum.Honey: Adds some sweetness to the bites and helps things stick.Peanut butter: Creamy peanut butter to hold your energy bites together.Plus, give ’em a toast for extra deliciousness if you’d like! Shredded coconut: Feel free to use sweetened or unsweetened shredded coconut.Just a little that you’ll crush into a finer consistency that blends nicely into these bites. Pretzels: Love the sweet and salty vibe here because of pretzels.Old fashioned rolled oats: The main ingredient that makes these peanut butter energy bites so filling with lasting energy! We recently did some traveling, and I made a batch of these energy bites for the road trip. These peanut butter pretzel energy bites have been *that girl* lately.
